As student leaders from all over the Garden State arrive to LTC, the line of cars at TCNJ is forming already!

10:34 a.m.

Senior Counselor Mike Press is either helping a delegate move in or coming back from a last minute run for fuel...

10:43 a.m.

As our delegates arrive, the enthusiastic Junior Counselors are waiting to greet them!

11:06 a.m.

At registration, the Name Tag Committee is hard at work to make sure each delegate has a unique name tag...

11:12 a.m.

And it looks like we have three very satisfied customers!

When delegates arrive, the Junior Counselors quickly get them into the spirit of LTC...

While some of our Senior Counselors hurriedly complete their last minute teaching preparations...

In our first class session, delegates learn all about te keys to "Speaking With Ease", and get some great practice...

At dinner, it appears that Junior Counselor Ryan Vyskocil has his S.W.A.G. in order...

While Senior Counselor Alex Mirabella enjoys a nice dinner (notice where the salad greens are) with his delegate group...

The Junior Counselors renew the epic battle of North versus South, West Side Story style!

In our second class, Senior Counselors Yanal Kazan and Dana Young show the secrets of "Effective Communication".

At the Get Acquainted Games, our Junior Counselors help the delegates get to know one another a little better...

And it doesn't take long for our delegates to catch on...

State President Rachel Yee, just a year removed from being the 56th delegate, gets intense for Green in the Frisbee Toss...

The LTC Games are all about teamwork, and the bonding for each group is incredible...

Show Night gives each delegate a chance to be on stage...

And when that happens it seems almost anything is possible...

In a number of the skits, staff members get poked at just a little bit - all in good fun...

In their eighth class, delegates learn how to "Make Your Time Count", and at LTC they do!

Then they put to work what has been learned so far in their ninth class, Communication Workshop...

By the third day our delegates have all bonded to create new friendships, with each other and the State Officers...

At the LTC Block Party, the "Trenton Teapots" take on all comers in ultimate frisbee, and emerge victorious at 57-0...

While a few delegates prefer to join Junior Counselor Chris Salemme for his exclusive "R.O.T.C. Workout"...

Others are just content to cool off a little and enjoy some down time with new friends...

Some delegates get shuttled over to Decker Lounge to prepare for their act in the upcoming Talent Show!

The guys are all dressed up and "bear"-ing gifts to meet the ladies from their sister townhouse...

The ladies are all dressed up, have their crowns, and are ready to celebrate...

Everyone is in a festive mood as we prepare to celebrate the 57th birthday of LTC!

We weren't kidding about the Ukeleles. It seems we have a new musical instrument of choice among the student leaders of New Jersey!
